As a neutral and, in over a three-decade career practicing as both outside counsel and in-house counsel representing plaintiffs and defendants, Barbara Mentz understands the need of disputants to obtain what they bargained for—a process that is fair, cost-effective, efficient and provides disputants with a timely resolution to their disputes that does not simply mirror litigation.

Ms. Mentz serves on the Accounting Advisory Committee of the American Arbitration Association and she is the Treasurer of the Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association. She is a member of the Board of Trustees, Audit Committee and Ethics Committee of the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey, Inc.
